• Have any questions/inquiries ready to be discussed.

Pricing & Order Form

Pricing:
• Prices are calculated on a $15-20USD hourly rate, but feel free to negotiate! I can work with almost any budget.
• Listed Prices are a MINIMUM of what you can expect to pay.
• Each character is priced individually (Multiple poses count as separate characters).
• On commissions for commercial use (clothing, album covers, and other merchandising), the commissioner can expect to pay at least double rate for release of copyright to do so.
• Examples given are for a ROUGH idea only. I have multiple levels of rendering and stylistic differences. Please look through my gallery or socials to get a clear idea of what they are, as that will substantially increase prices from base figures given.
• All commissions include a solid colour, gradient, or transparent background. The cost of anything beyond that will be estimated in initial communication based off of my hourly rate (see above).
• Additional human characters will add %75 to the cost of initial character.
Other non-person entities in the foreground such as animals, vehicles, or any other props will cost extra at a price to be discussed.

Terms of Service

• Contact me on Instagram @arigs.88 or the contact button at the bottom of the page to discuss commission work.
• All pricing is negotiable and I can work with any budget.
• The level of rending and stylization of the work determines the estimated time it will take me to finish, therefore all prices are subject to change. Once we have finalized a price, the price remains the same unless you request additives.
• All Commissions may be created on-stream (Twitch), posted to any of my social media, used in my portfolio, or placed on my merchandise unless otherwise discussed.
• I may reject any commission request for any reason. Most often it’s because I may feel I cannot perform your request to my standards, or I am simply uncomfortable with subject matter.Payment:
• Payment is due %50 up front, and the remaining balance at near-completion.
• Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp (Venmo and CashApp are US specific). If you intend to pay through PayPal, there will be a processing fee added to the total balance of the commission.
• Completed commissions are non-refundable,Refunds and revisions:
• Each commission gets two free revisions, and I will only make major revisions during the sketching phase, within reason.
• The only time revisions may be made for free beyond that are due to artist error, NOT BECAUSE OF UNCLEAR OR NONSPECIFIC COMMISSION INFORMATION.
• Revisions beyond the two allotted will come at a price determined at time of revision request, and will be priced according to how time-consuming the revision will be.
• Revisions requested after delivery of commission will count as another commission, and will be priced and placed in the commission queue accordingly.
• Refunds are ONLY available before the commission has begun, minus PayPal processing fees that may have incurred. If the work has been started, I offer no refunds.
• PAYPAL CHARGEBACKS
If you, the commissioner are requesting a refund, 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸. I will transfer the money directly to you. If you request a Paypal chargeback 𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩, you will lose all previously mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will retain all rights to the work. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with this agreement and any/all relevant conversations as evidence about the work that I've completed. Furthermore, you, the Client, will be blacklisted from commissioning me, the Artist, again in the future.Warranty of Originality:
• Artist represents and warrants to Client that, to the best of Artist’s knowledge and belief, the Work assigned by this Agreement is original and has not been previously published or licensed to any third party. This warranty shall not extend to any unauthorized or undisclosed use of the Work by Client which may infringe upon the rights of any other person. Client agrees that it shall hold Artist harmless for any claim or liability caused by Client’s use of Artist’s product to the extent such use infringes upon the rights of any other person.Release of Liability:
• Client agrees that it shall not hold Artist or any agent thereof liable for any damages arising from Artist’s failure to complete the Work in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Artist or of any third party.Delivery time:
• Delivery of your commission can take anywhere from two weeks to two months.
• If there is a queue at the time of placing your commission, your deposit secures your place in that queue, and I will update you on when it looks like I will be starting your artwork.

All commissions are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.You, the commissioner are allowed to:
- Share on any social platform with proper credit.
- Use the artwork to promote oneself (Profile pictures and banners) with proper credit.
-Edit my art for personal or private use.
-Print the commissioned artwork for personal use.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Selling printed material of my artwork.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Removing/Cropping out the Artist signature/watermark.
- Altering/modifying the artwork without consent.
-Using my artwork to promote or advertise a business for profit anywhere by anyone.
-Posting any edits of my artwork without proper consent.
-Claiming any edited versions of my artwork as your own.
